Help with your account, training plan, subscription, privacy choices, or anything that is not working as expected.

Please include the device you use, your iOS version, and what happened. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card details.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside SkillTree at Profile, Edit Profile, Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address attached to your account.
Privacy and data rights
Read the Privacy Policy. Send access, correction, deletion, objection, or other privacy requests to privacy@getskilltree.com.
Exercise safety
SkillTree is a fitness education and planning service, not medical advice. Stop if an activity causes pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort, and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
